Actually the more I look at that site the more honored I am that you think mine is similar.

I looked at the site you mentioned. Looks like they did a real nice job. I expect any similarity is due to both sites be on the ning platform. Unless one has programing skills, which I don't, there isn't a lot you can do about the design other than color and placement of the different information blocks they allow. You can almost always tell if a site is in the ning network just by the layout.
