- I fish off the coast of North Carolina with my husband John. My favorite fish to catch are dorado, I love the beautiful colors when they dance on top of the water. My favorite fish to eat is grouper.
We have caught record wahoo in NC and the Bahamas. One of my must memorable fishing trips was in Alaska for king salmon, just as you think you lost it off the hook BAM!! they run the other way. It was great.!
